Shipping & Returns

Due to increased postage and packaging costs we have had to change our shipping policies and fees. All of our jewellery and other small items are available to ship internationally but restrictions apply on certain homeware and fragile items - this will be made clear on the individual product page. 

Shipping will be calculated at the checkout - there is a flat rate. See below for rates.  

 All products will be sent via Royal Mail (First Class / International Standard Shipping for overseas) within 48 hours of the order being placed. 


Domestic Shipping is FREE for jewellery and small items. 

Fragile homeware items are charged at a flat rate of £3.85 - the charge will be made only once even if you would like to purchase multiple items. 

Europe (please be aware that the UK is no longer in the EU)

FREE postage for over £50.00 spend. Flat rate of £9.00 (with tracking) for under £50 spend. If you would like to purchase a fragile homeware product please message us for shipping costs. (Customs charges may apply - please see below for more details). 

Rest of the World

Flat rate of £15.00 (with tracking). Unfortunately we cannot send fragile homeware products due to the costs. However if there is a product you are absolutely in love with please message us and we will see how we can help. 

All items shipped outside of the UK are now sent with a tracking number. All items sent to the UK are sent without tracking. If tracking is required, please be aware that postage costs will increase. Please contact us directly for more details if you would like your order to be tracked. 

Please allow sufficient time for delivery abroad due to customs and border controls.

Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply as well as any product restrictions. Please be aware that the UK is no longer in the EU and as such customs charges may have increased. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange

We hope that you are very happy with your I Spy my Evil Eye purchase. We take the utmost care to check and carefully package every item that is sent out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible by emailing Please include your name and order number. 
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on all items apart from earrings. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in their original state and packaging for refunds or exchanges to be issued. 
Refunds can only be credited back to the payment method you used to purchase. 
Refunds and exchanges cannot be made on any sale items.

Defective Items

If an item is defective please inform us immediately by email and preferably with a photograph of the item. Please include your name and order number. 

Lost Items

An item is classified as 'lost' by the Royal Mail services if it has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch.



We try to be as environmentally aware as possible and source sustainable materials where we can. All our jewellery items come in a reusable organza bag and all our other products are carefully wrapped using recyclable and pre-owned packaging. Please recycle and re-use our packaging materials where possible.
